May I refund or exchange my item?

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. 

When is the deadline to place my order?

Due to the PRESALE restriction, all orders must be purchased no later than Sunday, September 26th at 11:59 pm.

When will I receive my package?

All items will be mailed on or before Friday, October 15th, please allow for 3-4 business days for delivery. All items will be delivered before Saturday, October 23rd. 

What is the shipping method? 

UPS Standard for Domestic Shipping Only

IMBRACE Collegiate Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays or packages that are reported missing following confirmed delivery via tracking.
