What is IMBRACE Collegiate Designs?
IMBRACE Collegiate Designs is a collegiate lifestyle brand that celebrates higher education, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), academic excellence, school pride, and educational achievement through apparel and accessories.
Every purchase helps support the educational mission of IMBRACE Education, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for students.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Please allow up to seven business days for production. While many orders are completed sooner, production times may be longer during Homecoming season, holidays, new product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Most customers receive their order within 10–14 business days from the date the order is placed. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond the control of IMBRACE Collegiate Designs or our shipping partners.

Where are your products made?
Many of our products are custom-made through our trusted U.S. production partners after your order is placed.
We partner with carefully selected printing providers that produce each item on demand, helping reduce waste while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Producing items on demand also allows us to offer a wide variety of colors, sizes, and designs without maintaining large inventories.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will gladly work with our production partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer youth sizes?
Not yet.
Our current collection features adult apparel. However, youth sizes are planned for future collections.

Can I request a college or organization?
Absolutely!
We're continually expanding our collections and welcome suggestions from our community.
If there's a college, university, alumni association, or organization you'd like to see represented, we'd love to hear from you. While we can't guarantee every request will become part of our collection, your feedback helps shape future designs and collections.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Additional payment options may become available as our store continues to grow.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package until it arrives.

Are all products available year-round?
Many of our core designs are available throughout the year.
However, some collections are seasonal, limited edition, or released for special events such as Homecoming, graduations, reunions, and other celebrations.

I'm looking for a college that isn't currently featured. Will you add more schools?

We're continuously expanding our collections and are committed to representing more colleges and universities over time.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a detailed size chart to help you choose your best fit.
We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order. Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
