What is IMBRACE Collegiate Designs?
IMBRACE Collegiate Designs is a purpose-driven lifestyle brand celebrating education, culture, heritage, community, school pride, and achievement through thoughtfully designed products.
Our roots are deeply connected to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, but ICD continues to grow into collections that celebrate the many communities, experiences, and traditions that shape who we are.
IMBRACE Collegiate Designs also supports the educational mission of IMBRACE Education, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for middle school, high school, and college students.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Please allow time for both production and shipping. Most orders are produced within several business days and arrive within approximately 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.
During holidays, Homecoming season, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, production and delivery may take longer.
Because items may be produced by different production partners, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided as each package ships.

Where are your products made?
Many IMBRACE Collegiate Designs products are custom-made after your order is placed through carefully selected production partners.
Producing items on demand allows us to offer a wider variety of designs, colors, and sizes while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.
Because we work with multiple production partners, production locations may vary by product and order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because most items are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun unless there is a problem with the item you receive.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery.
We will work with you and our production partner to review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Not yet.
Our current collection features adult apparel. However, youth sizes are planned for future collections.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Yes. We welcome inquiries for group, bulk, and select custom orders.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
If your order includes products fulfilled by different production partners, you may receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number.
Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package until delivery.

Are all products available year-round?
Many of our core designs are available throughout the year.
However, some collections are seasonal, limited edition, or released for special events such as Homecoming, graduations, reunions, and other celebrations.
Be sure to check back often and follow us on social media to stay up to date on new releases, seasonal collections, and special launches.
How do I know what size to order?
Each apparel product includes sizing information to help you choose your best fit.
Many of our current T-shirts are unisex and feature a modern retail fit that may be slightly more tailored than a traditional boxy T-shirt.
For a classic fit, choose your usual size. For a roomier or more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
Because fit preferences vary and many items are custom-made, please review the size chart and fit notes carefully before placing your order.
