Every item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made, we do not keep preprinted inventory in stock. We appreciate your support as we create apparel that celebrates the legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Final Sale Policy
Because each item is custom-made to order, all sales are final.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchases
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your selected size, color, design, and shipping information.
Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges.
To help ensure the best fit, please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing before ordering, we're happy to help.
Refunds
Because each order is produced specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.
Refunds are considered only if:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- Your item arrives defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
All claims are reviewed individually in partnership with our production partner.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
