Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are custom made, we do not keep preprinted inventory in stock. We appreciate your patience as we create apparel that celebrates the legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.


Final Sale Policy

Because each item is custom made to order, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.


Order Processing

Every order is produced specifically for you after your purchase is received.

Please allow up to 7 business days for production. While many orders are completed sooner, production times may be longer during Homecoming season, holidays, new product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.


Shipping

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond the control of IMBRACE Collegiate Designs or our shipping partners.


Estimated Delivery

Most customers receive their order within 10–14 business days from the date the order is placed.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected production or shipping delays occur.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at imbracestore@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update your order before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
